What does the Refresh package (Level 1) include ?The Refresh Package is designed for slightly worn, newer carpets that have little to no stains. This is your traditional basic carpet cleaning, ideal for regular maintenance.

What does the Odor eliminator package ( Level 2 ) include?The Odor Eliminator package is designed for pet friendly homes! We use a natural enzyme based soap that breaks down the salt molecules in urine, which will eliminate the main cause of the unwanted odors/stains. Natural enzymes also target everything natural that comes off of you & any pets in the home including Sweat, Body oils, bodily fluids, dead skin & anything else your pets have tracked in.

What does the Protect and preserve package ( Level 3 ) include?The protect and preserve package is an additional step to carpet cleaning, after our techs are finished up cleaning we re-apply Scotch-guard. Scotch-Guard is a carpet protection that comes applied to carpets when purchased by the manufacture. If you have your carpets cleaned and this not reapplied it decrease life expectancy of carpets, causes more wear and tear, allowing stains to show up easier and not clean up as good in the future. This is recommended by every carpet manufacturer to be reapplied once cleaned.

What does the Pet Friendly Deluxe ( Level 4 ) include?Our package Level 4 is Designed specifically for Pet Owners/Heavily Soiled Carpets, this comprehensive package offers the ultimate care! Our UV light detection helps identify hidden pet urine areas. We then replicate the spill or accident using targeted deodorizer treatment and water claw extraction for thorough odor and stain removal. Additionally, We Pre-Spray the carpets and use our Deep Scrubbing Agitator to work in our Pre-Spray & Deodorizer into the carpet and pad, then use Hot Water Extraction to effectively remove Soil, Stubborn stains & Unwanted Smell.

How long will my carpet be damp after a professional carpet cleaning?Your carpet will remain damp for up to 24 hours after the service. We recommend placing fans in the room to help the carpet dry faster. If you would like to speed up the drying process even more, we offer a fast-drying add-on service that you can select when you book your appointment.

Does your carpet cleaning technicians move furniture?We do not move furniture for liability reasons. We clean best we can without moving. We recommend not putting items back down on wet carpet until it is dry.

Do you guarantee to remove every stain?We don't guarantee to remove every stain, but we do our best. We are IICRC certified and adjust our cleaning chemistry depending on the type of carpet and the specific needs of each customer's home.

What stains are hard to remove?At Swifty Cleaning, we specialize in removing even the toughest stains, including pet stains, beverage stains, and food stains. However, some stains may be more difficult to remove than others, such as paint, rust, and ink. If you have any questions about the difficulty of removing a particular stain, please contact us directly and we will be happy to answer your questions.If they can tell us what was spilt there, that will help our techs adjust chemistry to remove them.

How often should carpets be cleaned?It all depends on how much through traffic/pets are in the home but it is recommended from most carpet manufacturers every 6-12 months.

Do I need to vacuum before carpet cleaning?Yes, it is always recommended to vacuum your carpets prior to having them professionally cleaned. This helps to remove any surface dirt that can cause issues while cleaning. If you do not have access to a vacuum, Swifty Cleaning can provide this service for an additional fee.

I had my carpets cleaned, but spots reappeared after a while. What should I do?If you have recently had your carpets cleaned and spots have reappeared, it is likely that the spot was only removed from the surface of the carpet and not treated deeper. We use advanced techniques to ensure that spots are treated thoroughly and the underlying cause is eliminated. We also use professional grade products to ensure that spots do not reappear. If you have had your carpets cleaned by us and spots have reappeared, please contact us and we will be happy to come back and clean the carpets again at no extra cost.

Will carpet cleaning remove fleas?Carpet cleaning can help to reduce flea infestations, but it is not a guaranteed method of removal. To ensure complete flea removal, we recommend that you consult a professional exterminator.

How Do I Book My Cleaning?Head on over to the "Booking" tab and fill out the form, once it's completed - our Swifty team member will get back to you within 24-48 hours with a quote and availability. For the most accurate quote please select the correct corresponding cleaning you’d like to be quoted for ( Regular cleaning, Deep cleaning, Move-in/Move-out cleaning) as well as questions answered to the best of your ability. We appreciate having the information to better assist you. How to determine if your home is “Slightly Dirty, Pretty Dirty or Very Dirty.” If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned within the last year, you should select “Very Dirty”. If your home has been cleaned within the last 6 months, you should select “Pretty Dirty” If your home has been professionally cleaned within the last 3 months, you should select ” Slightly Dirty “

What is Included in a Regular Cleaning?A regular maintenance cleaning will typically include the following : • Bedrooms tidied up including wiping down all surfaces, making up beds, & vacuuming/mopping floors • Bathroom’s wiped down including inside and outside of the toilet bowl, shower and tubs wiped including walls and glass, mirrors, sinks, counters wiped and floors swept and moped. • The kitchens will include stove top, inside microwave and face of appliances wiped down. Spot cleaning cabinets, cleaning inside sink including faucet, Back splash spot cleaning, wipe down of all counter space and sweep and mop floors. • Common areas of the home will include dusting and wiping surfaces as well as ceiling fans if needed, removing trash from all rooms including bathrooms and kitchen and all floors vacuumed and mopped. Add-ons are optional and an extra charge for all cleanings and recommended for Deep Cleans and Move Out cleans but not necessary, add-ons include the following : Detailed baseboard cleaning - wiping of baseboards instead of dusted, recommended for those with pets to get rid of hair and dirt! Interior window cleaning - includes inside windows, sills and trims. Inside appliances - the microwave is always included, this option is for the inside of your refrigerator and/or ovens. Sweeping out garages - This is only available for empty garages Extra Organization - Light organization is already included In both regular up-keep and deep cleanings, this would be recommended if organization will take longer than 30 minutes.

What is Included in a Deep Cleaning?A Deep cleaning will typically include the areas covered in a regular maintenance cleaning as well as the following: Baseboard dusting in all areas of the home. Detailed high to low dusting around the home including vents and fans.. Wiping down light switches, outlets, ledges on doors and spot cleaning doors and door frames. Light organization in rooms if needed. Extra scrubbing time for - Wet high traffic areas, such as kitchen/bathrooms and or anywhere that needs extra love during your deep cleaning! Add-ons are optional and an extra charge for all cleanings and recommended for Deep Cleans and Move Out cleans but not necessary, add-ons include the following : Detailed baseboard cleaning - wiping of baseboards instead of dusted, best for those with pets to get rid of hair and dirt! Interior window cleaning - includes inside windows, sills and trims. Inside appliances - the microwave is always included, this option is for the inside of your refrigerator and/or ovens. What is Included in a Move Out or Move In Cleaning?A typical move out will include all areas of the home included in our deep cleaning coverage plus inside cabinets and behind appliances. We know how important it is to move into a clean home or to leave a home in great condition for the next family. We recommend the inclusion of our add-ons for this cleaning for the best results if needed. Add-ons are optional and an extra charge for all cleanings and recommended for Deep Cleans and Move Out cleans but not necessary, add-ons include the following : Detailed baseboard cleaning - wiping of baseboards instead of dusted, best for those with pets to get rid of hair and dirt! Which Service Do You Recommend for the First Time Clients?A deep clean is recommended for all first time cleaning by Swifty Cleaning. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past.

Cancellations and RefundsIf a cancellation is made within 24-48 hours a fee will not apply. If a cancellation is made after 24 hours prior to the cleaning a $45 fee will be applied to your invoice.

What are Your Hours of Operation?Our hours of operation are: Monday – Friday: 8am-9pm Saturday: 9am-6pm Sunday: 9am-5pm

Do You Work On Weekends?To maintain dependability we have closed weekend hours and will only serve customers during the weekdays.

Is There a Rescheduling Fee?We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done before 48 hours of your original booking. Please see our Cancellation & Refund FAQ for further information.

What If I Want to Skip This Weeks Clean? Will I Still Be Charged?Cancelation fees may apply to those appointments not canceled within 24-48 hours prior to scheduled cleaning. If cancellation or reschedule is made prior no fees will apply.

Do You Clean Any Outside Surfaces of the Home?We do not. Our insurance only covers our cleaners inside your home.

Do I Have to be Home When the Cleaners Arrive or Depart?For the convenience of our clients we do not require you to be home when we arrive or depart. We do recommend meeting with our clients on our first time visits so we can be shown around as well as be able to build a personable relationship with our clients.

Can I Trust Your Cleaners?You sure can! All of our cleaners are federally and statewide background checked, insured, bonded and have detailed hands-on training with us at Swifty Cleaning. Is Swifty Cleaning Licensed, Bonded, and Insured?We are! We’re currently insured, licensed in Ohio, and bonded.

Can I Leave a Key?Yes! It is actually preferred after the initial visit. This way we’re not holding you up if there’s traffic or if parking is a little harder than usual to find.

Is Tipping Normal?Yes it is. However there is no suggested percentage, whatever feels good to you. Any amount is appreciated by your Home Specialist.

What if Something Breaks?This seldomly occurs but accidents do happen. Please contact our office immediately to work with our insurance to get the object of value replaced.

What if I'm not Satisfied with My Cleaning After They Leave?If you are not happy with the service for any reason please call us immediately for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 2 business days of the original appointment.

Am I Charged Upon Booking?No, our customer service team will contact you for scheduling and billing.

Are Your Prices Negotiable?No, our rates are calculated by the information you provide on our booking page and are not negotiable.

What can I Expect when I Add Organization to my BookingAreas that are often left cluttered will have the added time for proper organization. Some areas that are often left unorganized are pantry’s, bedroom closets, bathroom counters, entryways, kitchen counters, etc.

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule 48 hours ahead of your appointment date. If you cancel an appointment within the 2 day window, additional charge may be made.

If you are not happy with the service for any reason please call us immediately for further instructions. A Re-scheduled clean must be made within 3 business days of the original appointment.
